In this edition, the Magazine Canal Solar, with our bimonthly publication, has completed two years alongside our readers, bringing news, articles and interviews that enrich the knowledge of professionals in the photovoltaic solar energy sector, in addition to addressing topics such as electrical energy storage, electric vehicles, renewable sources, hydrogen and many other interesting subjects that are always permeating our pages. We are already approaching the end of 2022, and January 6, 2023.
The deadline for maintaining the rules for distributed generation in force prior to federal law 14.300 will soon expire. In this scenario, there are still doubts about the figure of voluntary condominiums, an innovation introduced in the DG Law – a subject addressed in this edition by lawyers Pedro Dante, Leonardo Balbino and Joálisson Gusmão.
